Are concerts all ages?

Unless otherwise posted, shows at The Andrew J Brady Music Center and ICON Festival Stage at Smale Park are all ages.

Do I need ID to enter the venue?

An ID is required for those planning to purchase and/or drink alcohol. In compliance with OH law, anyone 21 and older who plans on drinking alcohol will need to show a valid, non-expired, government-issued photo ID. Anyone without proper ID, regardless of age, will not be permitted to buy, hold, or drink alcohol.

How early can I line up for a concert?

You may line up outside the Race Street entrance up to an hour prior to doors. Please view your specific event on the event page to see if there are updated policies for your event.

Where do I pick up Will Call?

Will Call ticket can be picked up a at the venue box office located on Race Street near the turnaround. You will need a valid Photo ID when picking up Will Call.

What are your box office hours?

Please visit the Box Office Information page for current hours.

Is the venue ADA accessible?

The Andrew J Brady Music Center indoor & outdoor venues are fully equipped with ADA accessible entrances and seating. Patrons must specify if they need ADA, hearing-impaired, or visually-impaired seating at the time of ticket purchase. A ticket will be sold in the designated ADA section on a best available basis. ADA tickets can be purchased on Ticketmaster.com or at the venue box office during operating hours. If you need further assistance, please call 513.232.6220.

Does the venue serve alcohol?

We offer a selection of beer, wine and mixed drinks as well as non-alcoholic beverages.

Do you accept cash and credit cards?

Yes, we accept both cash and credit cards at all our concessions stands.

What are the audio/video recording policies?

Most artists do not permit professional cameras, video, or audio recording.

Where are the venue entrances located?

There are three entrances to The Andrew J Brady Music Center: Race Street Entrance next to the turnaround on Race Street, Tunnel Entrance accessible underneath the Race Street turnaround on The ICON Festival Stage level, and the Mehring Way Entrance accessible by steps from Mehring Way on The ICON Festival Stage level.

There is one main entrance for The ICON Festival Stage at Smale Park: Carousel Entrance on Ted Berry Way near Carol Ann's Carousel. Patrons who need to use an elevator from the Central Riverfront Garage should use one of three elevators: Race Street, Freedom Way, or Ted Berry Way. What size bag/purse is allowed into the venue?

No bags or purses larger than 12” x 12” are allowed. All guests entering the venue are subject to a bag inspection.

Can I bring a sign/poster into the venue?

The Andrew J Brady Music Center allows signs or posters 8.5 inches by 11 inches or smaller into the venue. Signs must not contain inappropriate or offensive language.

If a show is canceled, how do I get a refund?

Refunds are available at point of purchase.

Is there a coat check?

There is no coat check in the venue.

Do you have gender-neutral bathrooms?

The venue is equipped with three gender neutral bathrooms.

Are service animals allowed in the venue?

Service animals covered under ADA Regulations are allowed for indoor and outdoor concerts.

Does the venue have a lost & found?

If you lost something at a concert please email us at info@bradymusiccenter.com with a detailed description of your lost item and someone will get back to you within 24 hours. Please note that lost items will be recycled or thrown away after 21 days.

Where do I park?

The venue is located above the Central Riverfront Garage with entrances on Race Street and Mehring Way.

What is your re-entry policy?

There is no re-entry for all indoor & outdoor events.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. No refunds unless a show is cancelled. All events rain or shine.

Where do I wait for a rideshare?

All patrons utilizing Uber, Lyft, or any other ridesharing service can use Freedom Way, Mehring Way, Ted Berry Way or Elm Street as a pickup point.

What is your smoking policy?

The Andrew J Brady Music Center is a smoke-free facility.

What are the Headliner and Spotlight sections?

With your exclusive HEADLINER general admission ticket you’ll feel like you’re part of the show! Located directly next to the stage on Balcony 1, the HEADLINER sections give you an up-close, direct view of your favorite artist from a reserved space. Only a limited number of tickets are available in this section.

With your exclusive SPOTLIGHT general admission ticket you’ll have a bird’s-eye view of your favorite artist! Located directly next to the stage on Balcony 2, the SPOTLIGHT sections give you the perfect view from a reserved space. Only a limited number of tickets are available in this section.

Can I bring in water?

Patrons are allowed 2 unfrozen, factory-sealed bottles of water (up to 33.8 fl oz each) for indoor and outdoor events. Alternatively, patrons can bring in soft, empty, squeezable plastic water bottles. Bottles can be filled up at water fountains located at the south end of the venue by the bathrooms on the Floor, Balcony 1 and Balcony 2. Canned water is prohibited.

Does the venue serve food?

Patrons can order a selection of snacks at the concession stands including Skyline Chili, Dewey's, and small bites. For a full list of local restaurants within walking distance of the venue, please visit the Local Restaurants page.

Can I bring a chair or blanket to ICON Festival Stage concerts?

Beach-style lawn chairs and blankets are not allowed into concerts at ICON Festival Stage at Smale Park.

What is DORA?

DORA stands for “Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area”. It is an 85-acre district at The Banks that allows guests to take their beverage purchased from one of the Banks establishments and explore the public plazas and green spaces.

  • The district is open daily from 11am to 1am, 365 days a year.
  • Can I bring my own cup?
  • No. DORA beverages may only be consumed in designated DORA cups.
  • Where can I get a DORA cup?
  • DORA cups are available inside any of The Banks Entertainment District establishments.
  • Can I take my DORA beverage outside of the DORA district?
  • No. DORA beverages must stay within the DORA boundaries. Patrons are subject to open container laws outside of the DORA district.
  • If my beverage is in a DORA cup, can I bring it into The Andrew J Brady Music Center?
  • No. Patrons cannot carry DORA beverages from one DORA establishment into another. You must finish your beverage prior to entering the venue.

Does my child need a ticket?

All guests aged 2 or older must have ticket. For reserved seating shows, children under the age of 2 must be seated on the ticketholder's lap.

What does "Mobile-only" mean?

When your event is Mobile only, you can only purchase tickets on Ticketmaster. Tickets will not be sold at the Andrew J Brady Music Center box office until the day of the show. You will only be able to access your tickets on your phone. They will not be available to print from your online account, nor can they be emailed to you.

Is there a First Aid area?

Yes. The First Aid area is located on the Floor by the tunnel entrance. Please seek out staff in a red First Aid polo, or ask a member of the event staff to call for First Aid.

Can I bring in a cooler for ICON Festival Stage at Smale Park concerts?

Yes, you can bring in a small, soft-sided & collapsible, square cooler for ICON Festival Stage at Smale Park concerts only.

Do you offer any non-alcoholic beer options?

Yes, we sell Budweiser Zero at all the concessions stands.

Do you accept mobile payment at the concessions stands?

Yes. The concession stands will take Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay along with cash and card. However, the box office does not accept any mobile payment options, only cash or card.

Is there an ADA accessible elevator between the Central Riverfront Garage and the venue?

Yes. There are two elevators, located at the Rosa Parks St. & Theodore M Berry Way Entrance across from the Filson on Ted Berry Way and at the Freedom Way & Race Entrance in front of E+O Kitchen on Freedom Way. The elevator closest to the venue is currently out of service.

If I have a ticket in the balcony, can I go to the general admission floor?

No. The balcony and the general admission floor are separated ticketed areas. Much like how floor ticketholders do not have access to the balcony, balcony ticketholders do not have access to the floor.
