The Andrew J Brady Music Center box office is open on weekday show days starting at Noon, and on weekend show days one hour before door time.
Where to Purchase
Tickets are available through Ticketmaster.com 24/7. Tickets are also available at The Andrew J Brady Music Center box office. There are no service charges at our box offices when paying with cash and a $2 fee per ticket when paying with a credit card.
The Andrew J Brady Music Center is fully equipped with ADA Accessibility entrances and seating. People requiring hearing accessible or visually accessible seating should specify their need at the time of ticket purchase. Tickets will be sold in the designated ADA section on a best available basis. These seats allow for one to three companions. ADA tickets can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com or at The Andrew J Brady Music Center box office during operating hours. The Andrew J Brady Music Center offers sign language interpretation upon request. Requests for sign language interpreting services must be received 3 weeks before the event and are subject to availability of an interpreter. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
Tickets are occasionally available through an artist fan club site. Artist VIP packages do not include access to venue amenities including the CityView Lounge.
Secondary Market Purchases
The only authorized sellers of tickets to The Andrew J Brady Music Center and The ICON Festival Stage at Smale Park events are Ticketmaster.com and The Andrew J Brady Music Center venue box office. Please be aware that tickets purchased through other secondary market sources (i.e. “scalpers”) may or may not be legitimate. The Andrew J Brady Music Center does not endorse using any secondary ticketing sources and cannot resolve any issues involving them.

Will Call Procedures
Patrons must have a picture ID, the credit card used to purchase tickets and, whenever possible, the confirmation number of their order. The box office cannot release tickets to a patron without a picture ID. The Box office can only release tickets to the patron(s) named on the account. The box office cannot accept Will Call tickets to be left in another person’s name.
The box office does not charge a service/convenience fee on tickets that are paid for with cash. Purchases completed using a credit or debit card will be subject to a $2 per ticket fee. Purchases completed through Ticketmaster’s selling channels will include additional convenience fees.
Limited View Seats
Limited View Seats means you’ll be unable to see the entire stage from those seats. You’ll have either an incomplete view because of the position of the seats in relation to how the artist or band is set up on stage, or something will be in your line of sight like speakers.
